Sometimes

If you're fortunate in life, it is really difficult to tell all the people you love, that you love them every single day.  But, what's most important is that they know it without hearing it.  I love all of you, every single day.  And, this may sound impossible, but I think about each of you, every single day.

When life frustrates us, things get lost in daily stress and days seem bleaker than they truly are... I think it's important for us all to remember... someone out there does love you.  Every single day.  That doesn't make tough times go away, may not make the problems diminish.  But, if we really think about it... maybe, it will help us realize that sometimes the lemons we get really just need to be lemonade... or limoncello.  Whatever it takes.

I've decided that even though yet another band did not, in fact, thank me for legally downloading their music which has not been downloaded in at least a decade, there is a lot of relevance behind this song when it comes to my life.

There are plenty of dull moments. But none of them are mine. This is a blessing and a curse. Like say, one of the biggest storms taking down trees and wiping out the power lines of DC and Amtrak.  No biggy. Not like I was on my way to pick up my wedding dress. Thanks Universe!

Folks: prepare your emergency gear now for the pending nuptials. We just may need it. I know my dad has his snowblower ready.

Bridal Rage

If TheKnot.com tells me one more thing I "must have" or how I must get in shape or what music I must play or that i have 172 to dos and I'm behind on 68 of them, I will visit their offices.

A great spoken word thing once said "don't read beauty magazines, they only make you feel ugly.". TheKnot is a beauty magazine on steroids.
