Probably the only thing that's always stuck with me. I've tried to always live by this rule. It's cost me in almost every way. I work too hard, give too much, but for people who deserve it.
I try because I've been fortunate enough to have people who pick me up no matter how hard I fall flat on my face.
Some people aren't that lucky. Some people just don't care, no matter what good you've done.
But still, do unto others as you've had done unto you.
I'm very tired. Despite that I've been in the ER until 1 am, worked uncharted amounts of hours for weekdays and weekends. I may have even helped some people along the way.
But, no joke, I. Am. Tired.
